SCDSB Parent Portal Parent Portal
Notes will be going home about the SCDSB Parent Portal. One letter will go home with students and a second letter, with login info, will arrive in the mail.

****************************************************************

The SCDSB Parent Portal is a secure online tool that provides parents/guardians (of students less than 18 years of age) with quick access to their children's attendance and grades. Parents and guardians can set up daily, weekly or monthly email alerts for attendance information.

To access the Parent Portal, parents/guardians will need their child's Pupil ID Number, which can be found on the Student Information Verification Form sent home at the start of every school year, as well as an Access ID.

The Access ID will be/has been provided in a sealed letter. If you lose the Access ID, you can visit us in the school office and we'll provide it to you after verifying your identity.

Each student has a unique Access ID and Student Number. Once a Parent/Guardian has created a Parent Portal account, all students can be linked to that single account.

Go to to create a Parent Portal account or login.

Report Card Errors Card Errors
It has been brought to our attention that some report cards went home with errors in them. We knew that there had been glitches with the reporting program and although we made every effort to make sure all problems were caught, some happened during the final printing of the reports. If your child has a report card with an incorrect name, please contact the school and we will arrange to have this corrected and a new one sent home.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Staples Computer Promo Computer Promo
Our school board has partnered with Staples to help create a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program. They have selected 2 models of Chromebooks and 2 Asus computer models. A letter will be going home with each student with the ordering information - if you choose to participate. There is a link to an online survey, allowing you to choose which option you would like to purchase. If you decide to fill in the survery, you are committed to purchasing the device. Orders must be submitted by Wednesday, June 30th.

This is a great opportunity to purchase a computer or chromebook at a great price.

Note: If you do not receive the letter and you are interested, please contact Mrs. Gray and she will arrange for another note to go home with your child.
